Yep, that's exactly how the routes are structured. You can go down a heroines path and get the ending for that specific heroine. After that, you can load back a save and do the next chapter and keep repeating this process until you head down the true end.

For Yoakemae, there is no specified release date. The editor just stated it will be done in a month or two. For Aiyoku no Eustia, probably soon fairly soon. Again, there is no specified release date. Chapter 1 patch is 97% done.

Release3 is the most up to date patch. Contains about half the game. Everything up to date is available here. Although they have staff listed, anyone is free to translate it. Or you can check out Crimson Moon's links.

Ixrec stated he might translate Rui wa Tomo wo Yobu, but Coμ - Kuroi Ryuu to Yasashii Oukoku - has a much better chance. Both look pretty awesome, though.

No, it was never a nukige. It's just one of those VNs with a heavy story with a sex scene or two with every route. The PS2 version added two routes and it was later ported to the PC.

Caught up with episodes 18 and 19 Episode 18: Mostly filler. I have to say, the ending was pretty awesome from a character development perspective. Episode 19: Mostly filler again. So Damn Close. Looks like Chitanda is getting tips from Mayaka with the glares. I thought that was pretty funny. Last two episodes might just be about the relationship buildup between Chitanda and Oreki. I'm going to be a bit disappointed if it's just more teasing with random fillers for the last 2 episodes.

It's going pretty slow. Here is the progress. Translation started around February and it's about 50% done. The main translator said progress would slow down since he had some real life stuff to deal with. I doubt it's going to finish by the end of the year at this rate.

You'll be able to download it from here when they're released. For Majikoi S, you can download the patches here, which is the translation website. Once they're released, they'll be updated and posted here. The Majikoi website is down right now, but there is an IRC channel up. The trial version was just part of the common route for Majikoi S. The newest patch that is out right now has the common route + a full route + a side route complete. You can find that patch on this page. Yeah, pretty much the same way to apply patches. You just drag them over to the installation folder.

It will be the 15+ version. In other words, there are no sex scenes. This version adds two extra routes.

Yes, they were being translated before. They just have a specified route order now. You can't play the True route until you complete all other routes. Since it makes sense that Erika is the main gal, they are going to release that before the true route. They have 2 translators, so they can take on multiple routes like they've been doing.

They're still being translated. Shiro -> Haruna -> Erika -> True is likely the route release order.

You need to use an extraction tool like Winrar. After downloading all the parts, just right click on the first part and extract here or extract to a specific folder. After that, you would just use a program like Daemon tools and mount the .iso file to install the game.

Rewrite is actually going pretty fast. The route that he just started last week will probably either mostly be done or completely be done by next week.

Yes, that torrent should work fine and will give you Majikoi S. People are playing Majikoi S because it has a partial patch out. It still has a ways to go before it is completely finished, but the translator is pretty fast. The patch that is out right now translates the common route + Monshiro route + Iyo side route.

What operating system do you use? Did you use this guide and properly change your locale? -
When you open the launcher, everything will be in Japanese. From here, you need to click the second option and click on what type of installation you want (full installation, which is ~2gb) You need to apply the patch after you install Canvas 2. The default path is under the the C directory under the folder C2_DVD. You need to extract the patch to the C2_DVD folder and replace the files. After this, apply the crack in the same folder. After doing these steps, you should be able to run advwin32. If you can't, try uninstalling and reinstalling using the steps I outlined. Btw, the menu will be untranslated at first, so don't freak out. Just select the first option and see if the dialogue is in English or not.
