Yeah, I don't even really consider that a route. Pretty much 30 minutes of extra bonus stuff after you finished the VN.

It's an above average VN. The common route dragged, but the individual routes were good for the most part. The twins routes were very good... the true route was also pretty well done. Didn't like Isuzu or Chinami's route.... Asuho probably has the best pure love story route, excluding the true route. If you like supernatural elements and love stories, you'll probably like this VN.

The patch is basically a machine translation that is more "readable". It's accuracy is so bad that even vndb took it off their patch listing as a full english patch.

Romance, Comedy, and Mystery? Sounds like you might like Key games - Clannad, Little Busters, and Kanon. They get pretty heavy on drama though. I also second the recommendation of Ever17. Pretty much has all 3 components... it's a bit older however.. but don't let that stop you from playing it.
