Again, i'm not exactly sure since I haven't played it. Just from what I heard, the individual routes that you do with each girl doesn't dive into mystery as much. Heard they are the typical romanceish slice of life until the end. There are also "cure" routes that probably explore the mystery/twists a bit more. This just just an assumption. Best thing you can do is just check it out yourself

Well, I haven't played this game yet, but I can tell you it's not exactly going to be like ever17. It's made by the same developer and probably has some of the same themes, but the plot is completely different. Heard it doesn't have as many epic twists like ever17 did, but you should still check it out if you like the mystery setting. Heard it was your typical slice of life/romance until the end.

You don't need the product ID. The game comes with a crack. Copy the stuff in the crack folder to the main installation folder and run it.

Good news. Really Really Really hope they don't stop animating it at volume 10. Wouldn't make sense at all. Maybe a 3rd season for the last 2 volumes? A man can dream.

Just curious, how far did you get into it before you dropped it? I pretty much liked Kenichi from the beginning, but I know some people who thought he got better as the story moved on. It's a shame most people that dropped it won't get to see chapter 4 and 5, which are the most well-done chapters in the entire story, in my opinion.

Wow, I was a noob back then. If I'd redo this list, it would be something like this: Mostly in no particular order again 1. Sharin no Kuni 2. Muv Luv Alternative 3. Ef A Fairy Tale of the Two 4. Clannad 5. Ever17 HM: G-Senjou Only reason I really liked Katawa Shoujo is because of Hanako. I think if I would replay it again, I'd probably think it would be a mediocre VN :\ Excluding Hanako, of course, just because she's awesome as hell. Though I'm pretty grateful that it did get me into the VN scene full-time.
