You can use a machine translator. Short and quick guide - here. As for playing games not translated, I wouldn't recommend doing it with complicated or story heavy VNs. Machine translators are best used for simple stories and nukiges. Its up to you in the end though. Don't expect a good translation.

Never7 is completely translated and edited. Patch release date within August 10th-August 16th.

Cartagra may get a release... who knows. Kara no Shoujo did. It would depend on Innocent Grey's position on the matter and if Mangagamer can license it. Although I heard that Kara No Shoujo didn't sell particularly well.

Ever17 is probably going to be the most epic one. That doesn't mean I won't check out Never7 or Remember11. I've been putting off Remember11 for a bit since I heard the ending wasn't very conclusive... I'll still check it out one day. I'll probably play Never7 before it. But you are absolutely right about the mystery aspect of it.

Miyako, True route, and other side routes. I'm not sure about the exact number, but the bulk of it should be the Miyako route and the true route.

This one isn't translated. It's in Japanese. You'll have to use a machine translator if you want to play it.

After this, they have the true route and other side routes to translate. They'll probably do the true route after Miyako.

If anyone is curious (kami), I'm pretty sure the 60% sora route that the translation group is using can be found here. Good updates for the week. Never7 and Period should be both out within 2 weeks.

The rumored remake that might happen is said to contain that route. Look forward to it in 2016.

Sono Hanabira 3 & 5. Needed something simple without a lot of choices to read after finishing up Clannad. I'll probably read Kanon after this.

I've only watched up to episode 14, but I really enjoyed that episode. No idea cooking would be that interesting. There are subtle hints of romance thoughout, and it's becoming a bit more apparent now. We'll see how the rest of the episodes go.

Nope, no english translation for it. If you check on vndb, it'll tell you if there is an english patch or not. It shouldn't be too difficult to use a machine translation with it since it is a nukige.

I just googled around, but apparently you're supposed to execute the alsignup.exe and use まじこいS.exe to play.

Try to see if you can get in touch with one of the hackers or primary translators that host their project on tlwiki.org. Might be able to get in contact with them. Like Ryu said, this is mostly a place to discuss eroges and some tech support related to running eroges... most likely none of the active users will have the specific solution.
