It doesn't seem to be voiced. You can always check the japanese version release info on vndb for these things - Sabato Nabe -Nitro Amusement Disc-.

While that is a nice way to learn kanji, I would say that if you can't spare like 2 hours or more per day to study, it would take a really long time to "start getting somewhere".

Ep5 PV -

^ Picking Clannad or Aoishiro as your first VNs would not be the best idea. If you've never played a VN before, you'll get lost in all of those choices and endings.

I would suggest Edelweiss. It's kinda light and not that long. These are also good choices for the start - Katawa Shoujo, Sagara-sanchi no Etsuraku Life, Hinatabokko. Also any of the translated games from Fuguriya if you don't mind yuri. Note that all of the games I suggested are just "ok" so you shouldn't expect something amazing, they should serve as a good introduction, though. If you're feeling brave, you could also go for Kanon. Just ignore the "bad art" and you'll probably like it. There are some heavy parts, but other then that it's the usual school slice of life stuff.

Games officially released by JAST and MG always have the translation "integrated" into the game files, there are no separate translation patches for those games. No idea why anyone would assume that the VNs they release are free. It's the same as other games, music and movies. You have to pay for them just like everything else, but there isn't anyone stopping you from pirating. Unless you count the "USA ISP strike system", lulz.

I'm not sure if you're asking if Dra+Koi is bad or F/S N, so I'll go with both. F/S N - While I haven't played it yet, most of the people I know on the site gave it 8s and 9s. The only thing that could possibly bother you is that it's a NVL VN, it basically means that the text covers the whole screen. If you've never played a VN that uses that system it'll take a bit to get used to. Other then that I can't think of much else that could be "bad". Dra+Koi - It seems to be very short, but it's in the 7-8 range so it shouldn't be horrible or anything. I'm wondering where you've read the "bad stuff" about these VNs? If it's from the main site then you should really stop reading comments there. You'll either get spoiled or read some very stupid things.

The anime will cover the last novel (vol.12) as well, don't worry.

Ep 4 - @Desi, I knew they would do that in the end of this ep, so cheap.

^ To be fair, you can't expect him to translate VNs for 10 more years. He's been at it for 5+ years and he translated lots of VNs during that time. Can't blame him for wanting to stop to do "real work" instead of translating stuff for fun.
