I couldn't find it on foolmaker or seiya-saga. This seems to be the closest thing to a walkthrough I've found - Link.

I haven't played a lot of good "10-30" VNs, from the few I've played I can recommend Yume Miru Kusuri(since Sharin was already recommended). It's pretty decent, but definitely not one of the best.

I don't know what's written in that error message, only the resolution and "create texture". Based only on that, maybe the game can't create the config files in the Documents for some reason since it fails to initialize, there's some silly resolution problem or you files are corrupted. Again, I'm just guessing, if someone translates the error message it would be much easier to figure it out.
