^ Agreed, OPs a very good quality indicator for visual novels. You can usually figure out if the VN is good just for watching a 2min OP. *sigh*

Ulti, would you stop making pointless drama about Yandere? Not a whole lot of people care about it and it's not exactly the best VN ever. If it gets released any time soon, that's fine. If it doesn't and it turns out to be just a troll...well, fine. Not a huge loss if it's the latter; and it certainly doesn't fucking matter if he started translating it 10 years ago or yesterday.

I gave it a 6/10. Definitely not a bad anime and it had a quite nice concept initially, but they really botched it somewhere along the way. A lot of subplots where just tacked on, resolved really damn fast and they didn't even give any explanations for them. I had no problem with a "Spice & Wolf" type anime, but some may find it kinda dull, especially if economics and commerce bore you to death. They really missed a great chance to make a damn nice 2 cour anime. Making it into a really cramped 1 cour and going out with that end was not the best idea ever. Sorry to burst your bubble, Ev

Rinthel didn't know to insert the translated scripts either (https://erogegames.com/eroge-visual-novels/eroge-general-talk/657-hoshizora-no-memoria-eternal-heart-15/#post46690), think he would just pass it on to Staircase when the translation finished. Thanks for the work so far and I guess we can only hope someone else picks it up. Posting the existing translation would be helpful as well. It would be nice to find out what actually happened to Rinthel and the site.

FFF finally released their version. Same as Oreimo, a re-introduction episode...not like it was needed since the last season aired last year. Not as much references as usual, but the Lucky Star, MiB and Sasami-san (at the preview) were pretty good. Hopefully ep 2 will go back to the usual reference insanity. Started Edelweiss yesterday. I thought I'd have a problem with the "retarded trio", but it's all good. They are pretty funny now and then.

If you watch closely, there is a some video banding on the CR version, mostly on darker parts. A bit less on Commie's version. Not a big deal, enough to notice it, though.

Ep 1 - It's finally back! I couldn't take it anymore either and watched the horrible subs version. I was grinning throughout the whole episode, pretty much.
