If you don't mind yuri, check out Sono Hanabira series (6 games translated so far). It's very light hearted and care-free. Only 1 route per game. There is even a Hentai OVA, which is the cutest thing ever :>

Kana Little Sister is pretty good, but there are not all that much scenes with her since it's not a nukige. There is also Imouto Ijime which is not all that great. Edit: Forgot about Shera, My Witch. It has plenty of h-scenes with the sister, but the VN itself is pretty bland and boring.

There is a item called Ful's Mill, it's an accessory. It increases the item drop by 1. I can't remember where you get it though, it was some loot in an instance. In NG+ there is an accessory which increases the drop by 2. If you get both, you can equip them on any character(except will and 3 main heroines) and get +3 drop since they stack. Search the threads on this forum, someone posted about them before I think.

Desi is right, it's not a virus. It's a called a false positive, many game cracks and keygens come up as a "trojan" by some AVs. Google false positive and see what it is.

I would wait as well, unfinished translations are usually not very polished and you get a worse experience. If I would play some game that has been 50 % translated and the full patch releases 6 months later, I would probably forget most of what's going on.

I use walkthroughs on the more complex games with alot of choices and the ones with multiple bad endings, etc. It's kind of a pain and waste of time with trial & error if the choices are not very clear.

I second Ano Natsu de Matteru, that anime manages to conjure up the best cliffhanger endings i'v seen in a while. Another is pretty decent if you like horror/mystery. They are both from Winter/2011-2012 season. Kill Me Baby is so-so, not that great. I would recommend Nichijou over Kill Me Baby.

For me, the story is the most important. I'm fine with sex scenes, but it's not the 1st priority for me. About the gameplay, I agree with Arco on that. It's a nice addition, but not required.

I had the same error with font change, nothing you can do about it really. Let the game crash and it will start up in default settings again with MS font, which look fine.

It depended on the BD/DVD sales. They made the preview just in case, since they can't predict how it will sell. Season 1 had a similar preview(Haqua), but the sales were decent. Season 2 sales were not that great, so they currently have no plans to make the 3rd season. At the very end of the OVA Elsie says "Tsu..zu..ku" which means - to be continued, but they could just be trolling us

There are actually 3 versions of the game on the net. 1. Edelweiss v1 2. Edelweiss v2 Hybrid = Edelweiss + Hybridweiss patch - that patch was made by some guy, it converts v1 to v2 3. Edelweiss v2 (with official patch + crack) Everyone seem to use the 2nd one. Didn't try the 3rd one yet since it's uploaded on crap hosts only, got no clue what errors that one has. Also no idea what version Ivan uploaded on the site. I just keep a clean v1 for bad end and v2 hybrid for every other route. Just forget about the bad end and save yourself from the headaches :>

I think someone explained it on this forum already. If you go to " Status " of a character, you can see light blue and dark blue lines for each stat. The upper line can't exceed the bottom one, think of it as a stat cap. Only stats gained from items can extend that line past the cap. At level 50 the stat cap increases greatly, so you should get more stat increases after that. RNG is still present despite the stat cap,

I tested all the routes just now. All routes except the bad ending work fine with the patch I posted. The bad end works with the original version of the game (the one with the crap translation). In case you want to see that ending (since the fandisc continues from that end) you need to get the original version + crack. To get the bad end, you need to pick the wrong last choice at any route and just keep choosing wrong ones after that.

Yep, only problem is that you get an error after the reject choices(for the bad ending). Atlas is the worst option, you use that for games that are not translated.

Fight low level monsters really fast. I used to turn off combat and dungeon animations and run Peaceful Grounds. You kill those monsters really fast and you can gather wood there for money.

This VN is trying to be more "realistic" about some issues in society, but doesn't really succeed at that since they just go overboard. I did enjoy it though, since it was trying something different. All of the routes are quite decent, even though the game kinda fails at character introduction. I'm sure that almost everyone felt a bit guilty if they didn't choose Aeka as the first route to play. Also it doesn't help that she is the only one that gets a proper introduction and you can see what problem she's having. With Nekoko you don't even know what the hell is going on. I forgot to menti

I haven't seen Fate/Stay Night or Umineko anime yet, but I liked some of the other older shows that they made. Also I don't think there is any studio that made all crap anime and not a single good one. Example - Studio Deen made Seitokai no Ichizon, which I found to be an awesome anime. Maybe I just watched the few good ones from them, no idea.
