    tbh Milf isnt my cup of tea, but I can see how sad it much be for you to not have your milf fixed there should be some Milf character out there in many VN but not the main focus that all *Edit oh wait you mean you need Milf X Shota? that is even more niche so I guess tough luck.....

    My reccomend is Osadai (my GF is president), Ikkikoi, Edelweiss or even the SonoHana series if you feel like reading Yuri vn Please note that none of the above titles are great or anything, they are more of a good VN that you can sink your teeths in. Oh yech Come See Me Tonight and Tokimeki Check-in is okayish too if you feel like going a bit back in time

    I guess you can try Nanaca Crash (it a doujin game made from various sprite from Cross Channel)

    simple game yet addictive or anything from Kairosoft games is pretty good time sink

    As for the Anime I havent watch all of the Neptunia anime yet
