It's been said but I agree: I tend to avoid older games simply because they tend to have poorer art. Also, NTR is a no-go, as is most rape.

That last one doesn't, sound convincing coming from someone with a Rance avatar ;)

Lol well 'most' is the key word here. Basically the kind of rape I really can't stand is one where the purpotrator degrades the woman by hurting her, treating her poorly, etc. or fails to take responsibility for what he did by running away or something along those lines. Rance (at least in Sengoku) seemed to take care of women pretty well and left all of Japan under good leadership, so I didn't really feel like he was a 'bad guy'.

Also forgot to mention that tentacles aren't really my thing, but I don't really mind them either, so I'm basically neutral on that one.

Are you trolling?

Aki the princess gets raped by having her mouth gagged, pegs placed on her nipples and her ass is slapped repeatedly whilst Rance is banging her.

The only reason Rance doesnt run away is because he just wants to have sex with kouhime, a true model of responsibility.

That all being said, Sengoku Rance my first eroge was a throroughly enjoyable experience :)

I'll answer when I figure out what NTR means.

Someone else having sex with your girlfriend infront of you. They can be willing or unwilling. The purpose is to create a feeling of jealousy

Okay and what does Nukige mean?

That's basically a game based on the sex rather than the story, something like We Love Master. The length of sex scenes are usually much longer than the length of story, but that's what some people like.

Who wants a game with sex and no girls?

Somebody attracted to males? o.O

Can you not read? I said I'll play anything BUT Yaoi. Can't stand that crap. I'm only interested in girls, can't deal with games without them.

Don't mean to offend you... but the irony...

I don't see irony, simply misunderstandings of what I said.

The irony is the misunderstanding; you accused him of not reading/understanding your post yet you didn't understand his.

It was just kinda funny to read, no offense meant.

What is it I didn't understand? He said something about being attracted to males, when I just said I wasn't.

You asked "Who wants a game with sex and no girls?" Correct?

His reply was an answer to that question, he was saying somebody who is attracted to males would want a game with sex and no girls. He wasn't saying that you were attracted to males.

Basically he was saying gays would like yaoi, not calling you gay.

Then he sure worded it poorly, and the confused eyes didn't help. If that is what he meant he should've said something like that, not a statement that can be taken different ways. I still see no irony in that.

Well, everybody sees everything else in a different way. Maybe I'm more accustomed to the way people speak on the internet. I agree that he could have worded it better, but nobody is perfect, you just have to try to understand people as best you can.

Anyway, that's enough on this topic I think ;)
