Out of the ones which are translated, do any of them have ero? I find the art style of Otome games attractive and wouldn't mind playing as a girl but for the most part they seem like romance stories so I would want fulfillment on the ero level as well, subjectively speaking.

Dude, hongfire used to be kickass 3 years ago. You could download like ANYTHING from there. Then you just had to use VNDB to find the translations. It seems like it was easier back then(Now we have this site which is probably the best resource for new english-language novels, but if you want something older it may or may not be on here. If you want something without a translation, good luck.
