It's good. Played both you mentioned and well, Persona 4 has some gameplay things fixed and some better fusion mechanics. Also you no longer get exhausted in dungeons (but you can't recover SP in the entrance unless you pay a stupid fee). I personally think that P3 has a better story, but well that's just me. You won't loose anything playing it so why not?

I could say that this is like asking when did people start translating games (not visual novels). Answering anyways. You could simply go to vndb and add filters for english as languages and japanese as original language and get what you wanted to know. It doesn't matter if it was an oficial release, it is STILL translating a visual novel

So I finished the Hozuki's chapter, but, although many people say the other epilogues are as bad as ever, I still will TRY to read em... Well, that's the problem. For a weird reason, after this said chapter, the other epilogues don't appear in my game

His English sounds really off, so a patch made by him wouldn't be so good anyways.
