Yep, 8/8. Your resource stock must be full by now then. Could definitely do some stuff with that if you wanted to. Even better if your HQ level isn't too high, because there's difficulty scaling involved based on your level for the events.

Oh and she's not actually a submarine (Taigei - Kancolle Wiki). She's just a "ship that tends submarines", hence submarine tender, lol. Ingame it doesn't mean much though, but she can be remodelled into a light carrier called Ryuuhou.
