Dude you won't missing anything, story, music and event are same the difference is translation Quality huh? mostly my friend tell me MG is the best quality, but to me is same mangagamer has fail translate in Sandwiched by my wife and her sister, edelweiss. Which is better? i think this you should decide by yourself. like killerinsidee say "the quality is probably the same as the NNL one". If you really in haste want to finish this game quickly you should take ef lite, or if you patient guy like the rest us us here you probably take MG version.
