Shuffle!

  • Language: English

This story is set in a certain city located in a certain country.
A certain boy lives in this city. One day, two new families move into the houses neighboring his. The new residents turn out to be the King of the Gods and the King of the Devils. Both of them have moved in next to the boy's house by request of their respective daughters, who fell in love with him at an early age.

Many years ago, when the boy was still a child, he had a chance encounter with each of the girls. Their meeting was brief at best, but the girls took it to heart and kept the memory alive until this day.

The stage is set for a story that involves the boy's childhood friend as well as others around him. It is a tale of hardship and despair, but also one of faint hope. It is a tale of a boy who, to quote his cynical friend, is capable of becoming either God, Devil or Man.

I've been interested in this one, since Primula was my favourite character from the Shuffle! Anime.

And really, after reading the Visual Novel I totally started to hate the Anime, for not getting more into Primula's route.

To let her stay that emotionless girl, and not make her become that cheerful little girl is seriously saddening...

I agree with that statement. Plus the bone marrow date thingy in that route had me laughing my head off so much I still remember it. (though I don't remember the details)

I actually think the anime went for the right route since I like Asa the best but I wish there was a harem ending.

I have to say, I really enjoyed this game back when I played it. I've yet to see the anime, but Asa was the first girl I went for and was my favourite through the whole game and I keep hearing that Asa "wins" in the anime everywhere... Just makes me want to watch it more...

That I have no idea. I never played the eroge but I did watch the soul link anime. I didn't see anyone from Shuffle! in the anime and no one from the anime looked familiar. The eroge might be different though.

hmm...I liked Soul Link and came across with 'Shuffle' name because it said that it shares chara with Soul Link (at vndb) but I couldn't figured out which one the shared character is...well, nvm..but I think the artwork is similar though...

And yeah I don't see that as being enough to have shared characters either.

I wouldn't wonder if there's something like 'shared clothes' in some years lol.

Eh? She's also wearing a white skirt? Damn, let's add it to the shared clothes section! \o/

Oh well...
