It's a mix. There are two types of h-scenes - first is protagonist banging girls, unlocked by "affection" level, from presents and story choices - standard dating sim stuff. There are also h-scenes where girls are raped after losing boss fights - common in h-RPG maker games, which probably prompted your question in first place. If you win boss battles, they won't be shown during play, but they still unlock in HCG gallery, if you want to check them out later. -
