How do I put all 3 Monster Girl Quest parts together?
Harlequin replied to SlayerBlade's topic in Eroge Tech Support
This is all taken from the MGQ3 translation readme: -
He seems to take this very seriously based on the "Recruitment" part of the site. I wouldn't be too worried.

It doesn't get enough updates for that to be worthwhile. Now it's more like; "Oh it'll be a nice surprise if it does get completely translated." Honestly that's how I look at most (fan) projects anyway. Unless they're very close to completion (LB EX/ME)... at that point they really should come out.

What are you listening to right now?
Harlequin replied to Danisco's topic in General Discussions & Debates
^ 16:02 was a big no-no for me at nighttime back when I first played it many years ago (I was exceptionally weak to horror at that time). Specifically when you combine that song with the locations where it plays. :S I still haven't finished the whole game, but daaaamn, the Ocean House Hotel and Grout's Mansion... the atmosphere in those places was fucking intense. Actually that goes for pretty much the entire games to be honest.
-
I'm gonna assume that this is not the same problem as the one that exists with NNL's release of ef -a fairy tale of the two. In that one there is no background music in the main menu and also not in the prologue if I recall correctly. But you said soundless anyway so I guess even the voices stopped working. That shouldn't be the case in any release.

New to eroge, looking for some eroge with specific things.

I see. Cool, that's what I was wondering about. So you actually did decide to read Umineko this early on. -

Question @FurudoErika69: Is it the Umineko manga you've read, hence the name? Because I don't think Umineko is generally seen as a "newbie" friendly VN. Though it's also not an eroge, technically, which is what you're saying you're new to... Well I'm just curious anyway. -
I love it. http://i.imgur.com/yiImfx7.png

Galaxy Angel- Moonlit Lovers Install Problem
Harlequin replied to CrimsonKnight's topic in Eroge Tech Support
Things to try: 1. Reinstall the game. If you've installed it to a non-default location, then try installing it to the default location instead. 2. Update your GPU driver. Like I mentioned above, someone did say that they got an error in Japanese, but managed to fix it by installing graphics card drivers. Going by only your screenshot, it doesn't really say much about what games you're capable of playing right now. Because none of those should require much as far as GPU (drivers) go. But maybe Moonlit Lovers is "advanced" enough that it does? Who knows. Have you tried playing the th -
Galaxy Angel- Moonlit Lovers Install Problem
Harlequin replied to CrimsonKnight's topic in Eroge Tech Support
You should post a screenshot of the error message. Someone else on ErogeDownload said this: But I doubt that's the same problem you're having... (?) -
I can't remember if you've mentioned it at some point or not on the forum, but if you've read and loved Higurashi and/or Umineko, then seriously go check out Higanbana sometime. It is short, but you'd be surprised by how much the story and atmosphere in it grabs you. I expected something good out of it myself since I really like Ryukishi's style, but it was actually quite a lot better than expected... only finished the first part though.
((Not really a quote, more like an entire scene. Reason why it's a bit special is because ultimately this is quite a simple scene, yet it's also very powerful at same time when you take into account everything that happened before it. Or it was for powerful me anyway.)) http://i.imgur.com/uoxtWSk.jpg It was midnight. The sticky darkness of May. The loud noise of the insects. The smell of the evening dew in the grass. I was digging into the ground to replace the flower bed there. There wasn't any light. I'm just relying on the shining star.

What is the last eroge you finished, and what do you think about it?
Harlequin replied to Maxar's topic in Eroge General Talk
Something akin to "Welcome!". Either that or Nothing. The setting/location for Higurashi's story is called Hinamizawa, which is based on a real village called Shirakawa-go. That's what's in the video. Doubt it means much for you right now, but still. -

That's a very good thing in my eyes, 'cause I think that arc was my 2nd favourite in Ef. For good reasons. It was an interesting and different romance story. -
Literally the first result with google searching your problem: (http://www.vn-meido.com/k1/index.php?topic=1240.0) (Smileynator's post doesn't exist anymore, that's why clicking the registry fix link in the OP of this thread doesn't work)

If you mean this year in particular, then yea, I haven't even finished ten series that aired in 2014. If you mean how much I've watched in total... well, I just put those series in there to make the "top 10" as complete as possible since I haven't watched much. I don't really think they're good either, that's why they're at the bottom of it. Maybe I shouldn't have included them, buuut whatever, not a big deal anyway.

Oh wait, I was just thinking of the previous season and not the whole year for some reason... Well then! 1. Fate/stay night: Unlimited Blade Works 2. Parasyte (?) Zankyou no Terror, No Game No Life, Tokyo Ghoul, Isshukan Friends. Four shows here because I'm not 100% sure where I'd place them, but it's probably the order I wrote them in. So Zankyou first... then again, there were some things I just didn't like much about it. Same with NGNL. Tokyo Ghoul was... well, fun, but not all that special in the end (Parasyte is better). Isshukan Friends was a pleasant watch, but I would've enjoyed

I only watched 3 series, soooooo... 1. Fate/stay night: Unlimited Blade Works 2. Parasyte (continues this season) 3. Grisaia no Kajitsu F/sn was awesome, Parasyte was entertaining in general, Grisaia got disappointing as soon as the character routes began (biggest problem being that there's not enough episodes, but there are other... insults as well).

How have I not played this yet...

So I just saw a game called New Super Marisa Land being played on AGDQ (Awesome Games Done Quickly)... It pretty much speaks for itself with just the title of it. It's a 2D platformer like Mario but with Touhou characters, locations and references to previous Touhou games, more or less. I've only briefly played one of the main Touhou games myself so I basically know nothing about Touhou other than that Patchouli is awesome. But even then I'm interested in this platformer because it looks like it's really polished... at least for a fangame. Didn't watch the whole AGDQ speedrun since I figure

Welp, it's done. First cour was as good as expected, for me at least. I REALLY like the fact that they decided to have longer episodes when necessary. And it'll be even more content with the BD version. The wait for 2nd cour is going to be excruciating... I just want it right now. Even more so HF...
