Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt (It's an anime, kind of). The player, Brief, would be able to pursue Panty, Stocking, Scanty, Kneesocks, and Garterbelt. There would be gratuitous swearing, dirty jokes, raunchy sex, and a soundtrack by TeddyLoid. I would choose Stocking, of course, to delve into those kinks of hers. It would be glorious!

There are full games available, or you can mix and match individually available characters, stages, music, etc. and create your own roster. It gets silly: That's really all I know, as I could never get it to run properly.

I played countless hours of Dawn of War and very little Dawn of War 2 (all my hate...), but completely skipped Company of Heroes. I hear it uses the same game mechanics as DoW2, so I doubt it's for me.

MUGEN is a freeware 2D fighting game engine. Japan has been building games in it for more than a decade, so there are ridiculous numbers of characters available.

I'm not even sure what this means, but I feel things have just been majorly spoiled... I've had the full manga sitting on my harddrive for a year or two. Now I just need to read it.

Arcana Heart 3 is actually really awesome. I only have the arcade version (a rom, there are no arcades here...), though, so no online multiplayer. Kind of sad Mortal Kombat is winning, considering the newer iterations all use 3D graphics. Sprites are where it's at, guys.

Game. It's Komachi Onozuka from Touhou 9 ～ Phantasmagoria of Flower View. It's fan art (by Cradle/Misaki Kurehito), of course, because ZUN himself can't really draw.

The story is very much over and done, so I'm not sure how I feel about possible sequels...

I generally just watch whatever is available on BakaBT. Most shows eventually find their way on there, and there's some serious quality control, too.
