We're doing since years nothing but lovey-dovey stuff and even some snuggy-snuggy things and you still don't know what I'm looking like? This really breaks my fragile heart. I've long red hair and a fluffy tail. And now to the main topic. Did you really kiss Chihiro? Did you really betrayed me? Do you really want to be killed?
On a serious note, as you can see I finally found time to play some ef and I finished around 50% of Chihiro's route. Her voice is just awesome. I may be even able to finish her route tomorrow because I don't have to work then. And how are you doing these days? Did you survived the invasion of exams?

I'm not that picky when it comes to Visual Novels but that's mainly due to the fact that I already reached the point where you don't have any good titles (translated) left to play. There are of course some things I like or dislike. I'm for example the kind of person who enjoys serious stories with a rather dark setting more than simple moege stuff. This doesn't mean that I don't play light hearted games at all because they can be very enjoyable if you want to recover from some plot heavy titles. I also don't care for the sex scenes which means that I usually avoid nukige, because of obvious re

It actually depends on the game. If you're planning to make a plot heavy game then don't use random sex scenes. It's also important to use a rather slow start so that you'll be mindfucked when the story is reaching its highest point. If you're planning to make a nukige then just use a quick and interesting start but don't make the story too compliacted. You should oncentrate more on lovely characters and a good interaction between them. What you shouldn't use in both cases are totally random sex scenes, over the top characters and a bad pacing. I agree with Furo, Clannad's current translation is definitely not great and could need some editing. I've seen worse translation though. This reminds me, doesn't Doki work on re-translation patch? As for the rest, I didn't play Eien no Aselia (well I actually did but dropped it after 2hours because of its fighting system) but I can't remember that any of those titles had a bad translation with a lot of weird lines or typos. Maybe Ever17's translation was partially somewhat weak but I honestly can't remember anymore.

Did you even play her route? The hairclip thingy she's wearing is actually nothing but pure gold and so you can probably imagine its price. In her past Mio really wanted to have that hairclip but didn't have the money for it and so she raised a credit. Since then she's busy with paying that money back and because of this she obviously ended up being a slut.

And that driver solved all of my problems. I can finally adjust the brightness and for some reasons I'm also able to use that energy saver thingy whatever mode.

Since I'm using my old HDD it's more than just likey that some old drivers are interfering albeit everything else is running without problems. I'm currently downloading a new driver for my graphic card and this will most likely solve my problem.

Really? I've nothing but problems with that laptop because it needs a shitload of specific drivers before it wants to work properly. It didn't even have a driver for wlan. I'm still unable to change the brightness of the LCD (wtf?) and I can't use the standby mode. On the bright side I was able to connect my old HDD to my new laptop which means that I just have to use something like clonezilla for moving everything to my new HDD.

I know and I actually have an "USB HDD adapater thingy collection deluxe pack" somewhere which would allow me to copy the data to my external HD and then back to me new laptop but it would be still easier if my old HD would fit into the new laptop. Oh well, we'll see. Edit: I bought a "HP CQ58-345SG" for 289€ -Intel Pentium B960 Prozessor 2x 2.20 GHz -4 GB PC3 RAM -640 GB HDD -Intel HD graphic card Edit2: Fuck.
