yup... i think you need but if you installed everything then you should able to get her.. though it'll be hard and long battle for phinilly..you need new game+.\ i cant remember the valley's name

you need to complete her quest.. until you escort her past the angels' sanctuary. cant remember the real name because i lost my files months ago.. but its a total of 4 quest if i'm not wrong...excluding quest 2.0 which you need to give her 3 types of jewel~
