This game is very old and it was simply not designed for Win7. You can try the following with a program called "Windows Virtual PC XP Mode" but I dunno how to tweak it to make it work.

I agree with OMA, I took a break after Lily's because the game is just too repetitive. I'm preparing myself mentally to play Mia's route, the charater I hate the most. God, this is the same feeling I had when I played Chinami's route in Hoshimemo.....

Still not going to play it until is 100% finished.
