There are only three things that triggers an event: character level, chapter you are in and completed quests. If you fullfilled all conditions of a quest but don't get any scene, try to level up your character or just wait for the next chapter, you have to get the scene sooner o later.

Actually, you didn't, just save it in a black corner of your HDD and install it when you have nothing else to read/play or nothing to do.

It's sort of a drama/comedy, the intro was very moving for me, the story revolves in a world where loli catgirls and doggirls live, the main charactor (he's very cool, not a perverted wimp like in most of eroges) finds a stray dog and decides to take care of her while looking for the owner, and their adventures begin, SPOILER: And wonder what happens when little pets are in heat *grin*
