Those you're missing are mostly the censored CGs for Destiny playthrough and can only be obtained when playing in Destiny mode. People playing in Justice mode will get the H-scenes CGs while people who play in Destiny mode will get the censored one. People who is crazy enough to play DS twice, each for the two modes will get a complete 100% CGs. That's all. I'm not sure 100% saves will cover the Destiny ver. But it doesn't hurt to try I guess.
