You can do that with DevOSD, which hooks into Translator Aggregator. Even so, I prefer using ITH + Translator Aggregation (with several different translators - Google, Honyaku and ATLAS), since it lets me check the sentences between translations. One or two of them may be mis-translating something, but the third might be correct.
