VLC will open .flacs Audacity can load .flacs and export them as .mp3. Probably the best option. Otherwise, try to find the .mp3s on a site like BakaBT (as Maxar posted). But they usually only have anime stuff, and they'll only have the game OSTs if it's been made into an anime. -
Technically not F2P. You have to pay for it once, but there are no monthly subscription fees. IIRC.

Well, because it'd be hard to keep track of that as well as other things, you can click on the Visual Novel Translation Status link which will point you to the latest Translation Status threads where you can see which are new. It's an interesting idea though, so I'll keep it in mind.

Been playing a bit of Ar Tonelico recently. -
He said someone had pre-ordered it and will have it delivered, then they'll upload it and Ivan will sort things out from there. It might be a day or two, depending on circumstances, so be patient.
