Well, excuse me for being too lazy to serously check out your MAL list, but I just used the shared Anime feature to see which series I watched which you haven't watched I'd recommend Aria. The Seasons are named as follows: Aria the Animation; Aria the Natural; Aria the Origination. They are more the relaxing type of series and are all together around 50 episodes. Well, I heard of it today, and it sure looks nice. But meh, I think there should be some kind of information on the front page that there is a site called "Visual Novel Data Base", where most VN's are listed and you easily found out if there are english patches. There is also Ryu's VN Translation progress thread where you also find all currently translations in progres.. But anyway, Strawberry Nauts check this, there is no translation and none in progress either.

Well, the chances of my family actually seeing one of these games on my computer is like zero. First of all my pc screen is so placed, that you see the back of it when you enter my room, and no one in my family except me can speak english, and I don't have that much VN's which start directly with sex CG's.. Seriously, this series is great at making characters look just totally arrogant. Just looking at Fukube's rival and that Miku in the Manga Club annoyed me -__- That advertising thing with was kinda funny though.

I totally agree with you here. And yeah, one thing I don't understand is, usually (at least that's how I see it) people get shunned for looking at Anime/Manga pictures and get labeled as people who don't have an interest in real girls and stuff.. But yeah, as soon as they know the pictures he looks at are loli pictures, they think he is going to rape the next children he finds alone on the street or something. Kinda weird , if you ask me.

Well, there is Summer Days, Cross Days, Shiny Days and whatever not.. All of these are untranslated though, and I'm pretty sure that if there are more animated VN's these are untranslated as well..:/

This looks pretty nice, in my opinion. I love retro games, so I'll definitely check this out. Thanks a lot And one thing I want to say.. The chances that someone actually translates something when you ask for it are verrrry low. Translating is hard, so they'd rather work on something they really like. I also just took a look at the script of the game, and it seems to be written mostly in Kanji, without much use of Hiragana. (Or I'm just too stupid to look at the scripts properly) So you'd definitely need some skilled translator for this. Princess Maker 5 is also still listed under "

I'm using CoreAVC, and have no problems at all with playing in full - screen and fast forwarding.

Just watched the first episode, and I have to say, I'm curious as to how it turns out. As in your guess who his sister is: But anyway, I think it is too early to make serious guesses yet, so I'll wait some more episodes before trying to figure it out

And there I thought I'd be the only one who thought they made a way too big fuss about this school movie and how Oreki made it turn out. I actually liked all of the previous episodes, but Episode 11 was really mediocre, if you ask me.

Well, in Visual Novels I think I like it more to play as a male character, 'cause (like OneManArmy said) I want to feel like I could be the character. On the other hand, I've never played a VN with a female main character, so I might actually like it more that way..who knows. In Anime/Manga I actually prefer it when the main characters are female. (Probably 'cause I dislike action and like slow - paced, relaxing stuff more) And yeah, in other games, I'd always prefer to play as a female character as well. I just like it more to play as a beautiful girl, rather than some muscularly guy..

Oh, I was actually there when you said that And yeah, it sounds reasonable when you say that you did it completely from root. Some friends of mine are also into making their own Visual Novels, but they use something like pre - customized programs or something along those things. I don't really have any idea about it, but they aren't really spending that much time at programming I think..

This took six whole hours to make? :/ But well, yeah, not bad I guess. It was kinda random, but I guess it wasn't supposed to be anything serious anyway. Had some laughs, and that guy at the end was just weird.

So, I actually searched a bit around and found this : Inzest: Verherrlicht, romantisiert, geächtet - SPIEGEL ONLINE It is in german, so you others won't understand it though. It doesn't say that Incest is common in Japan, but it definitely is allowed.
