it is not partial translated, is partial patch, since the game is being sold in pieces on steam.

Try these if you haven't already: The World Ends with You Ace Attorney Chrono Trigger Radiant Historia 9 hours 9 persons 9 doors. No, you don't need to extract all the individual parts, just put together all the files in one folder and extract the first one, the program will extract all the others by itself.
