What games (besides eroges) is everyone playing right now?

This war of mine - I just couldent figure what the hell to do, bored of VNs (gasp!) - and didnt really feel like the typical game. Turns out This war of mine - though somber, is pretty engaging. -
I would seriously be surprised by something like that tbh lol - MG isnt really known for investing in the more expensive licences, with the odd exception. (plus they generally take forever, I might as well expect it to come out at the same time as Tskuhime remake so I'm hoping they are not the 3rd party in question.) EDIT:Then again, I only know of two as possible outlets, so it really could be MG, or else Jast~ Unless there are others that I don't know of, or if it will be handled by some private/independent group as a reseller.

You never heard me say anything about a second Kickstarter, did you? All I referred was that they hinted at a seperate +18 launch. Edit: Where/how is being purposely left in the dark, but they did slip-up saying it would "likely" happen. https://forums.sekaiproject.com/groups/Translators

Nah, it's unofficial "maybes" and "we'll see what happens" straight from Koesti at the SP updates page. https://forums.sekaiproject.com/groups/Translators

I'm tempted to pledge for the trilogy, but have concerns about if plot related stuff will be watered-down due to it being the vita version - I don't care about the h-scenes tbh - any decent story can stand on its own legs without them, but scenerios such as angelic howl should be left as is, regardless of the mature nature. I am fairly confident it is just the fap material getting cut - which is fine - but still, ya never know sometimes what can hit the chopping block~ Anyone know for certain? EDIT: Nevermind, found my answers. =/ It does seem like jp vita version cut out large parts

I'll start off with the more commen solutions - not sure about win8, but for other OSs a key thing to getting VNs to install and run is to set your locale to Japanese in Regions and settings under control panel. From there, it should install without issues or bugs - albeit you will still have to guess your way through the install prompts, being a different language regardless. EDIT: alternately, there is a english localized version floating around out there that doesn't require any fiddling around to run.

As I am someone that can't read it myself, my opinion probably means less then nothing lol - BUT - if reading it is like listening to it (which I "do" understand - to a rough extent anyway), I find a key thing is to switch my brain off from english grammer amd structer, as the context of anything said is often simplified and reverse-structered in japanese. EDIT: Sounds stupid, but basically I can't think in english when listening to another language, or else I start to complicate things - and I imagine it would be similar for reading.

last post from a team member shows it's not dead yet, probably just keeping to themselves until they have something to show. ================================================= Kisz October 29, 2014 at 4:08 pm this project is still going on ? it’s been a long time there aren’t any new post ================================================= TakahiroMaeda October 29, 2014 at 11:35 pm Still goin’ ================================================

Pretty much. Or by another term - A single player MMO. If you ever played The Old Republic, it feels very similar - snippets of "plot" in between hours of fetch quests.

Where abouts are they now?

Just finished it up, can't decide if it's worth a second playthrough - the one major "choice" seems fairly cosmetic, with no noticable impact for the remainder of the story (mages instead of templers - at most, I imagine references change, but that's about it). Also, if I had one thing to say against this game - the story is very sparse and episodic, intentionally dragging it out to ensure they can make more games. 130 hours on my final savefile, I would say about 10 - 15 involves content revolving around the story, the rest is jsut filler. Still a fun game that'll suck up your time, but

FSN tribute - and a tip of the hat to Illya, the one that was to have her own story arc, but later scrapped. Remixed track -
I think it's a attempt to ignore its exsistance, until solid proof arrives. Majikoi has been known to crush hopes and dreams.
