This patch covers the airsoft arc, which is the game's first arc. Get it here: Partial Patch. You'll need to also grab AralTrans to get the translation to work: AralTrans (click the big red link) Check the readme for instructions on how to get the translation running.

Anyways, more important news Akane Route Scripts: 2.34/3 (78%) Lines: 7651.5/10440 (73.29%) KB: 275.89/376.95 (73.19%) Total Lines: 83144.5/101220 (82.14%) Less than 3k lines away until Akane route is done and the 5 heroine patch is released.
