That's Clannad Right? I'm borrowing it for future use........ been looking for one that i likes from clannad for a long time

Then the one i use on my laptop though i think this one is missing some text (the artist made 4 different versions, 2 with black wings (one without txt) and 2 with white wings (one without txt)):
