finish Sono Hanabira series number 2 and 3, well, it's very typical for every sono hanabira series, same sound, graphic quality, but the story is good, although it is a Yuri game, so it can't satisfied me for the H-scene......

Not an eroge, but I just finished Ever17. Great game(I think it's one of my top 3, despite its shortcomings). My only complaints are that the authors dealt too heavily with concepts they didn't fully understand and/or internalize.

Just finished 100% both Edelweiss games. Best damned series ive played since F/SN. Music was AWESOME. I loved pretty much all the characters, except maybe Mizuki, but she turned out good in the end. (Anyone know if there is ever another one planned?) I think my next novel will be Deardrops, as OverDrive seem to be on a role for me

Just finished A Profile. Was pretty hesitant going in since it mostly got mixed reviews from the community but I checked it out anyways since it was developed by the same people that made G Senjou and Sharin no Kuni. I really enjoyed it. The first hour or two are really slow, so if you try it out you should give it a chance before deciding that it sucks. I really enjoyed Miku's route... Rizu's route was good as well.... could of probably done without Miou's route. Still, a fairly good VN if you give it a chance.

To Heart 2. It was alright, but there was practically zero drama in the story in the route I played (most likely, there isn't any in the others, too), and a lot of it is untranslated, sadly. I would rate it below average, and thus I would not recommend it unless you've already seen the anime.

I just finished G-Senjou no Maou. I am planning to marathon watch the anime now, in respect for this amazing piece of art I have been allowed to experience.

There I talked about how I felt as I played through it, as well as my final rating of 10/10 and why I've given it that rating. I will repeat my final thought here:

 

This goes right into my #1 spot for recommendations. If you haven't played it yet. Bite down hard on your lip and take the plunge. The path can be rough at times, but the feelings at the end are exquisite. I hope you all get to experience even some of the passion and emotion I felt brought out by this game.

 

Edit: Sadly, for some reason I thought there was anime for this. I am le-sad that there isn't.

Finish Planetarian just now, indeed story that make my mind remember how ugly human can be, good story and supporting music although only short-play time.

bit in the verge for the character, and so-so interface, well, 9 out of 10 from me ^_^

Well the last one I "finished" by my standards (which for me means getting the route I want) was Deardrops. I thought it was pretty decent considering I'm not a fan of music themed eroges. I managed to make it through Riho's route from start to finish, but then I lost interest and skipped some dialogue for the rest of the routes. Overall it was pretty awesome, about a 7/10 from me.

Finished Ever 17 not too long ago. Great VN. Some twists i saw coming, some had me completely floored. I originally didn't want to play it for some unknown reason, but please check this VN out if you haven't.

I just finished ONE ~Kagayaku Kisetsu e~, mostly because I am a KEY fan.

It is decent, but I still cannot bring myself to fully enjoy this game because of all the plot holes.

Well, at least the characters are likeable, specially Akane; and I kind of like this kind of melancholic "atmosphere".

Just finished Deardrops. Well it's a very good VN but it's not as good as I hoped it to be. It had some really sparkling moments but Yayoi and Rimu endings can be only considered as bonus comparing to Riho and Kanade (which were really good). The music were good (for porn) but I actually turned it off after several hours.

I finished "My girlfriend is the president" just now (and with that I mean, I finished Ell's route).

I still remember when I started it about four weeks ago.

It was so enjoyable, that I read it like 6 hours straight.

But yeah, in the end it was still good, but nothing I seriously loved.

I guess you shouldn't take this as a serious romance Visual Novel, since due to all the comedy,

the romance and sad parts didn't had quite that much of an impact on me.

There were still some things though, that were so cute, that I got some teary eyes.

I just finished Edelweiss and Edelweiss Eiden Fantasia (i think thats how you spell it).

and i have to say....i came close to crying in many scenes, but i loved the game. got some great laughs out of it too.

this is going to be one of the more memorable ones.

Sharin no Kuni is a favorite of mine. The fandisc is awesome.. well the main route of the fan disc is awesome, the rest is just fanservice with hentai scenes.

I just completed Deardrops after having open in the background for that past 4? days. Actually completed all the routes and my favorite routes from most liked to least liked would be Riho, Kanade, Yayori, and already forgot her name but the drummer chick. In terms of favorite girls.... Hard to decide. Yayoi's is last though for sure . I liked it overall and Riho's route had the best story. And when I figured out what the ending was gonna be I got kinda pissed at first. But by the time it got to it it felt like a pretty good ending. Kanade's route is the only other one with alot of story in it and it felt.... not as good as Riho's. And the ending kinda ended a bit early for me. Drummer chick's and Yayoi's routes was just side stories basicly and changed it's whole course from where the pre-route story ended. (Idk what else to call it.) And drummer chick and the MC do not fit well together at all. I like her but her route I really didn't like at all....

 

All in all, it's decent. No where near the best but it's alright. Well in my opinion anyways.

 

And now I'm off to either play Clannad based on recommendation from around here or the one that just got translated recently, Hoshizora no Memoria. I wanna ask how good that one is but well it just got translated so I don't there is anyone to ask lol.
