Same here but I used back then (obviously) the old patch. So yeah, I've no knowledge when it comes to new patch but it's possible that they "just" re-translated the seen.txt files, not stuff feat the menu or options.

He probably just wanted to know if the menu's translated or not. Can't help you though, played the game 2 years ago and can't remember such specific stuff anymore.
