It has been stalled at this point for a good while. It wouldn't be so bothersome if at least the patch that translates 80% of the common route were available. As far as I'm concerned, there is a substantial difference in comprehension and enjoyment of a story-driven eroge between using machine translation to finish hopelessly untranslated routes when partial translation established a good grasp of the story, and using it from scratch.
