Fuck my life... 22nd of April: after years of making do with a barely working machine I finally get to order a new PC! It'll take the store two weeks to receive all the components and assemble the thing for me (I'm lazy/inept). Three weeks later when I call them for a status update they suddenly realize they somehow forgot to order the case I wanted. Of course I'm all for this law in its current form, and glad they seem able to make a distinction between reality and fiction (unlike some governments) but I'm still more worried for my lolis than I've ever been since there are apparently groups actively campaigning against them... I ordered a new PC. One whole month and countless delays later, the company is not answering their phone (or my e-mails) on the day it was supposed to finally be ready. I am displeased!

Fortune Summoners is so good. It's like a mix of K-ON! and Zelda II, with a surprisingly deep combat system and really pretty pixel art. Amazingly everything except a couple of CGs was made by one man. One man who was screwed over so hard by his publishing partner for this game it forced him to retire from making games and get an office job, so the other two chapters of this story will never be told... I'd also like everyone to take a look at this exercise in pointless censorship and Carpe Fulgur's... problematic... attitude that made me boycott them.

I've been a big fan of the Ys series (and its awesome music) for years. I unfortunately don't own any consoles, so I'm stuck with the ones on Steam. Of those, Ys Origin is probably my favorite. I like the pre-Fall of Ys setting, the focus on the Goddesses, and Yunica's adorableness. It's also a lot less unforgiving than The Oath in Felghana. It's a shame Ys I is so archaic in its controls, since that's the one most newcomers would probably start with (and subsequently give up on). Oh snap, that looks fantastic. I know trailers are deceiving, but the animation looks even sexier than Fate/Zero. How soon do you all suppose is "soon"? I didn't expect this show for another year at least. I hope Yuki Kajiura will do the music again. Not entirely sure about the oontz in the second half of the video.

There are no official vocal versions of any Touhou songs. Go to this page and scroll down to "Featured On". That list of albums is but a fraction of the Touhou music the doujin scene has churned out over the years. Now do an advanced search with the following parameters... ... for a list of albums that probably have vocal arranges of Wonderful Heaven on them. It won't let me link directly to the search results, sorry. Because Tenshi's theme isn't very popular at least you only have to hunt down 122 albums. I hope it's okay to necro this thread, because I have questions and nowhere else to go. Do the two new costumes each heroine gets in NG+ have their own h-scenes? Because that would mean replaying the route I chose in my first playthrough for 100% CG completion. If I fully upgrade the costumes of a heroine I'm not actively romancing, does this lock me out of the h-scenes when I get around to playing her route? Or will I just get all of them at once?

Unless you're downloading 2 minute clips you are asking for something that does not exist. The best source for actual high quality anime downloads is in my experience BakaBT, if you're prepared to wait several months for their judgment process. I use NyaaTorrents for shows that are blacklisted on BakaBT because FUNimation are dicks for copyright reasons. For current shows you should probably look to some of the faster fansubbing/encoding groups out there, i.e. UTW, Commie and FFF. No persons or groups in this post are guilty of compressing 20 minute anime episodes into 90 MB files though

Spent 2 days downloading and preparing for a movie (one does not simply watch a movie!). Just saw it. It was fun. Now I'm bored again.

My 6 hour download on Steam is utterly raping my internet, making such things as watching videos on YouTube impossible. Valve, in their infinite wisdom, decided to focus on such nonsense as boxing steams and taking big pictures, instead of implementing some sort of bandwidth capper.

I solely "play" Skyrim to see how far I can push it with mods and graphical enhancements. The story is rubbish and the gameplay is only so-so, but with a good setup at least it looks stunning. And then they release DLC that breaks all the mods, and you stop playing because you can't be arsed to sort out the mess.

If you have a new or recently formatted hard drive (for installing Windows 8, for instance) it may be split into 8 GB volumes, which would leave it unable to process files larger than that. Admittedly, that would be silly.
