What you're looking for are Otome VN's - Tag: Otome Game There really aren't too many out there that are translated, and the ones that are translated are mostly all ages. You can try The Second Reproduction, I have heard some nice things about that one but that one is 15+. Mangagamer is translating another 15+ one - OZMAFIA!!

It was added in Realta Nua. And yes, the version on here has the capability to get it. You need to get the 5 main endings.. 1 in Fate, 2 in UBW, 2 in HF. Let me know if you have any more questions.
