Grimsha Posted December 21, 2012 Posted December 21, 2012 (edited) Do you buy DVD's? Edited January 25, 2013 by Grimsha Quote
Otamegane Posted December 21, 2012 Posted December 21, 2012 The new method (for me) I'm starting to use to get anime is from torrents from nyaa Before that I used streaming sites.. If you want the links I'll provide them here: AnimeFTW.TV (this one sometimes has HD ones, needs Divx plugin though, 30 second wait betweent each episode you watch, worth it) New Anime Release Watch Anime Online | Stream Anime Episodes Free - Anime Dreaming (fast.) ChexGuy Posted December 21, 2012 Posted December 21, 2012 BakaBT and Nyaa, occasionally Crunchyroll. Quote
Gerard the Lone Wolf Posted December 21, 2012 Posted December 21, 2012 Usually I bought them, but I started torrenting anime two months ago. Life sucks, and I don't have much money, so it's torrent for now. Quote
Granten Posted December 22, 2012 Posted December 22, 2012 Generally I download and if it's worth watching I try to buy it when it comes out in the West. Quote
Exsilon Posted December 22, 2012 Posted December 22, 2012 I mostly torrented my from bakabt (for batched on) and offen times for the fansubing group site (for individual release) Quote
udizzle Posted December 22, 2012 Posted December 22, 2012 (edited) gogoanime is a good streaming site for downloading/torrent animeout has all the newest anime and uploads older anime all the time, but they got hit by a DDOS so they are reuploading shows they lost Edited December 22, 2012 by udizzle Quote
hyromaru Posted December 22, 2012 Posted December 22, 2012 animefreak.tv is the best streaming site in my opinion Quote
iLoveTsundere Posted December 22, 2012 Posted December 22, 2012 nyaa is a torrent site dedicated to anything anime/manga/VN/that sort of jist rather than just all in a mix like piratebay Click HERE if youre interested. Quote
desi Posted December 22, 2012 Posted December 22, 2012 I used to stream anime, but now I use Bakabt and Nyaa mostly. I was thinking about getting a sub for crunchyroll, but there are better subs out there for almost all shows they have up (that i'm interested in) Quote
AhriFoxFire Posted December 23, 2012 Posted December 23, 2012 Watch Anime Online | English Dubbed / Subbed Episodes Quote

switch Posted January 5, 2013 Posted January 5, 2013 nyaa torrent, animetake, animekens, and sometimes piratebay Quote
ChexGuy Posted January 5, 2013 Posted January 5, 2013 why dont bought original copies??? like me~ XD will only torrent for something that aint sold due to stupid laws the majority of the stuff I watch isn't licensed or had its license expire (Gundam, any of your moe harem stuff, etc). there's also the thing where a lot of licensed anime isn't really that great, or is incredibly overrated. radiantmadness Posted January 5, 2013 Posted January 5, 2013 Most of the time I just google 'till I find a good torrent;) Quote
chibiidol Posted January 6, 2013 Posted January 6, 2013 i dont download anime or torrent at all. If i want to watch anime i youku it. I dont watch any obscure anime so i can find it online without downloading quite easily. Quote
Shunrei Posted January 13, 2013 Posted January 13, 2013 Nyaa and bakabt, well sad truth about torrents is they died down fast .. well there's exceptions though, for popular animes. Quote
OneManArmy Posted January 13, 2013 Posted January 13, 2013 I don't watch anime anymore but back then I used some sites with amazing 720p megaupload links. Quote
Haika Posted January 13, 2013 Posted January 13, 2013 (Can't remember if I've posted here yet or not, oh well) I watch most of my anime over on otakucenter.com, always streaming these days. And if they don't have it, a quick google search usually gives a couple other options like animefreak or animeseason. I tend to watch new stuff that isn't licensed yet, and even if I wanted to, torrenting doesn't like my horrendous DSL upload speeds, and will cripple my computer if I try it. Quote
beal Posted April 13, 2014 Posted April 13, 2014 If there are ppl looking to watch animes on their iPhones or mobile devices other than the Crunchyroll app.. Animeultima.tv and realitylapse.com works... just wanted to leave it out there.. Quote
