To me, your bolded felt too obvious to me. I think this is really going to surprise us. In fact, Way too soon to tell, of course. But I hope it gets some sort of conclusion, period, by the anime's ending run.

Episode 1 Overall, it was a good first episode. Liking how it jumped right into a main conflict.

I own it but have only played a few hours because I didn't enjoy it at the time. It will depend on where you live, though I obtained it very cheaply for $17.99 (eh, something like that).

Seeing as how this is a summer anime adapted from a visual novel, I figured I'd make a thread for it. The first episode airs on July 5th. Preview http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rGzlGkbatrI

In case you're still looking, the ending credit song is "Hoshizora no Memoria" by Chata for Yume's route. -
"Twinkle Crusaders! Go Go!", which is a manga based off of the visual novel that I want to play now... Also, apparently that visual novel is number 666 on VNDB.

As it's been a decent while since my last visual novel, I've decided to start My Childhood Friend is the President.
-
Ditto. Can't wait for Sword Art Online, the author's other light-novel-turned-anime this summer.

Fortune Arterial volume 6 Started the manga yesterday and am almost caught up to the translation. But apparently the translation is moving slowly, so I'll most likely be waiting a long time to not only read a new chapter but also finish the manga (which has seven volumes). Will probably start Fortune Arterial: Character's Prelude when I'm up-to-date with Fortune Arterial.

Meh, I couldn't even get around to finishing the anime (more than half done), much less start the visual novel. I found the Melty Blood manga and other Type-Moon projects to be 1000x better. Anyone know how the anime compares to the visual novel? I'm guessing: Tsukihime visual novel MUCH > Anime

Gotta give my first "like" to OneManArmy. If it wasn't for their hard work, we wouldn't have even gotten a chance to read it in the first place. I'm more than satisfied with what they've done, and look forward to their future efforts, which for all we know could be put into the fan disc some day when they're not already translating something else a lot of people want to play (and hopefully are thankful for). -
I watched the first episode many weeks ago, and found myself not liking it very much, but I'll probably return to finish when the anime is over.

This is in the lowest tier of most entertaining ongoing anime out of the nine I'm keeping up with. Better than Shining Hearts which is my least favorite, but this is still second-to-worst. I'll finish it, but it's not that great, although it's 100x better than the flash tv specials that aired before the series. If it wasn't for when Nyarko and Cthuko are "fighting," I'd drop it. =/

Play with your name! (and don't take that the wrong way.)

Real life: Phantom Thief Prince Online: Power Alchemist I like both of them. And as expected, I’m an alchemist. -
I'm just saying he's refreshing because at least there's a reason for his personality, unlike so many other cowardly protagonists before him. It's not about him looking unrealistic, as he's a symbol for shortcomings in one's looks or who think they look repugnant in others' eyes. It's not like the author would sketch a protagonist who looks completely grotesque (scabs, odd body part misplacements, etc), so substituting for shortness is the next best thing. It's important to note that Haru has extremely low self-esteem due to this physical appearance, which is something SOME people can relate t

His character design in my eyes is refreshing. I'm exhausted from all of the "typical"-looking protagonists who are wimpy, like Yuuki from Mirai Nikki. People would hate on him because of his cowardice, and would have a harder time emphasizing with his character, but Haru gets bullied due to discrimination, which is something a lot of people can relate to, especially if they were bullied.

I gotta say, I'm really disappointed with the second season at present. Thirteen episodes just isn't enough time for life and death decisive battles between all of the Servant and Master participants. I know it's reached the "slaughter" part of the anime, but everyone is dying too quickly.
-
I want the entire cast to randomly break out in dance, particularly before or after the credits of the final episode to increase the randomness.
-
Ayumu's dance in episode 5 is one of the funniest things I've ever seen. I wanted it to show Haruna staring at him blankly from speechlessness while watching, but it didn't happen.
-
This was one of the first anime I saw, which was about five or more years ago, and thus I cannot really remember what happened, but it was an alright harem. My favorite character was the blonde sister of the male flirt/pervert, who was my second favorite.

I can see why he hasn't chosen anyone yet. Vampire ninjas (or Ninja Vampires) are pretty much a given to pick out of any supernatural being, but since there are three of them, it's just impossible to have one. =/ However, when in doubt, go with Saraswati. Speaking of Saraswati....I hope she fights alongside everyone.

I skipped Aoi's because I hated her, but I'm glad I didn't skip Chinami's because it gives you so much information about the protagonist You and his family life, along with another character who is like Mare. I wouldn't have understood a chunk of the true route without doing it. However, I didn't like how Chinami's route ended before the credits - kind of felt like it trolled you with the hype. -
According to my friend who has read the Darkness manga, it's Yami, Momo, and some other new girl who are the protagonists, along with Rito. Not sure how the manga will adapt the plot, though.
